Great taste, easy to digest!

Very easy to work with this crushed wheat! Taste is delicious and even better when mixed with a little Whole Cell Crushed Wheat #2! Very easy to digest! I've made pizza, waffles, pancakes and cookies so far and I've had no issues. So thankful to be able to eat wheat knowing it's healthy for you! My only complaint is that I wish we could purchase this locally to avoid the cost of shipping.

Loved it and had a very good elastic-like effect by adding 1/2 cup buttermilk and subtracted i/2 cup water, and not wanting to use gluten and the texture was great.
